How To Get A Peachy Bum Like Kady
Today I am going to talk about my bum and give you some tips for the perfect peachy bum!
I was surprised that mine got so much attention when I was on Love Island and flattered to read all of the comments. I used to look at other women in the media, like Kim Kardashian and Kendall Jenner and wish I had their bum, but then I realised I should be happy with what I can achieve without comparing myself to other people. It’s good to have inspiration, so use other people to motivate you, but focus on your own body goals and be happy with what YOU can achieve.
So it’s a hot topic at the moment for girls to have a nice bum, and after the hype surrounding mine on Love Island I wanted to share my favourite lower body exercises. I’ll be honest and admit that I have focused a lot on my lower body and in my workouts. I do exercises which I know will give me a good bum! It’s just about knowing which exercises to do and making sure you get the technique right to really work the muscles in your bum and to get that nice peachy shape.
I am a big believer in being healthy and fit and at the same time as getting the body you want. That’s why I teamed up with my personal trainer, Sam Witter to add his expertise into the mix for My Bikini Plan, he knows just what exercises shape your bum and have us looking fab in our bikinis.
